Seigaiha せいがいは Nyonya Dress & Top, one collection that is very special for us - where we put a lot of energy, love, worry and passion.
A bit story of this Seigaiha Nyonya Dress:
It is a dress in Singaporean kebaya style, with Japanese pattern: Seigaiha, and Javanese traditional batik style.
We first had this dress during our Keepers event last November.
It was super well received, that when it was sold out, we needed to call our stockists to check on the availability and reserved them for awaiting customers.
We didn't expect that this dress would be this wanted. But at the same time, we were very surprised how this dress looks flattering in most people who tried it (any body type). It has a magical effect, we must say.
That's why, we really tried super hard to bring it back. It was a long wait... Like super long!!!! As you may know, this Batik is traditionally processed using batik stamp. And it depends on weather too, it is sun-dried. So, yeah, hello rainy season! made the wait even longer.
So, when we are able to have them back again: we are as happy as you are!
